Refund Policy
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
If you believe an item is eligible for a refund outside of the 14-day return policy, such as due to a manufacturing defect, we will review it on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our supplier's policies.
To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact us and explain the circumstances. We may ask for images for our records and verification. Please do not send your purchase back to us without informing us.
Please note that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If you have any further questions, please reply to the order confirmation email or contact us at info@jalaramsweetmart.co.uk
We offer two options for returns:
- You can send the returns back to our warehouse at your own cost. We will provide you with the address after you receive the refund email.
- We can provide you with a quote for a discounted return through our delivery partners. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we cannot issue any refunds without receiving the returned products or order.
Refund Options:
We encourage you to choose this option for a quicker resolution.
Frozen items:
Due to the nature of frozen products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the product.
Sale items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.
If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please reply to the order confirmation email, and we will investigate the matter.
